By using our client portal service you are agreeing to the following terms:

• You will only use this service as a client of Carr CPAs LLC, and with the intention of sending or receiving files to or from Carr CPAs LLC.

• You will not use this service in any way that could be construed as illegal, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

• ​Carr CPAs LLC has contracted with an outside party to facilitate this secure transfer of documents, after selecting "I Agree" at the bottom of this page you will be redirected to an outside site. Though we have chosen a provider we believe to be secure and reputable, we cannot guarantee the security of information on the internet.

• ​You will not hold Carr CPAs LLC liable for any loss of information or breech of security that could arise during the transfer of information through those outside services. Additionaly, you agree to settle all disputes which require an outside decision or could lead to possible litigation, through mediation services to be located in the Sandoval county area, unless another location is specifically agreed to by all parties.

• ​D​ocuments uploaded to our sharing services can be deleted at any time and without warning.

• ​As the client, you must provide your own internet services (please note that downloading large files through cellular service can result in additional charges).

• ​You will not attempt in any way to circumvent established security procedures, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to gain access to files belonging to other clients.

• ​These terms and conditions can be changed at any time by Carr CPAs LLC without warning.

• ​If any portion of this agreement is later struck down in court, all other parts will continue into perpetuity.

• ​Any breach of the above will result in immediate termination of your online account and deletion of all files connected.​

• ​Please note: Security is our primary concern. We suggest using a password that is at least 8 characters long, consists of letters numbers and symbols, and is also not a password you use for another site.
